White glove delivery
Our own delivery team brings your furniture into your home, assembles it in the room of your choice and removes all packaging materials. We will contact you to schedule a delivery window once your order is ready.
Delivery fees
Delivery within Ontario is priced by zone, based on your postal code. Your exact fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Zone 1: $129
- Zone 2: $199
- Zone 3, including the City of Toronto: $299
- Zone 4: $499
Orders over $7,500 deliver free in Zones 1 and 2. For addresses outside these zones, including outside Ontario, island and water-access properties, we provide a custom delivery quote before your order is finalised.
Free showroom pickup
Choose pickup at checkout to collect your order at no charge from our Morriston, Ancaster, Oakville or Collingwood showroom. We will let you know when it is ready. See our showroom locations.
Lead times
Most Penwood furniture is built to order. Build timing varies by piece, builder and selected options. We confirm the estimated timeline with your order and keep you updated as it progresses. In-stock and clearance items are typically ready sooner.
Preparing for delivery
At checkout we ask about your property and access, such as stairs, elevators, narrow hallways or truck access, so our team arrives prepared. Please tell us about anything that could affect delivery, book any elevator required, and make sure the path to the room is clear.
