Your home office should be as well-built as the work you do in it. Our solid hardwood desks, bookcases, and filing cabinets are built by Ontario Mennonite craftspeople to custom dimensions — because no two home offices are the same size.

Choosing Your Wood

The Right Species for Your Office

Hard Maple is the most popular choice for home offices — fine, uniform grain that accepts any stain and provides a clean, professional surface for writing and computing.

Black Walnut is the premium choice. Deep chocolate-brown tones with distinctive grain — the desk that makes every video call look like you have your life together.

White Oak offers a contemporary look with a tighter grain than red oak — lighter in colour, slightly cooler in tone, and pairs well with modern hardware.

Cherry starts pale and deepens to warm amber-red with light exposure — a classic choice for traditional and transitional offices.

Why Custom Size

Built for Your Room, Not a Showroom

Standard desk widths rarely fit home offices perfectly. Too wide by 6" means it won't clear the door. Too narrow by 8" wastes half the wall.

We build desks to any width, depth, and height — including non-standard heights for standing desks or ergonomic adjustments. The price is the same as a standard size.

Bring your room measurements to any showroom and we'll help you design the right desk for your exact space.

Design Your Home Office

Four Ontario showrooms with working displays of our office furniture. Bring your room dimensions and our team will help you plan the complete office — desk, storage, and shelving — in coordinated species and finish.
