“My partner and I are so happy with how our bed frame turned out — definitely worth the wait! This piece is beautiful and matches our floors perfectly.

So far there’s been no squeaks or creaks. The carpenters worked wonders!

Special thanks to Marion from Penwood and his patience and recommendations. We’ll be back for some matching side tables soon!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Penwood Furniture! From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely top-notch. The team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, answering all my questions and providing personalized attention throughout the process.

I purchased two tables – one for my kitchen and one for my dining room – and they are both absolutely stunning! The craftsmanship is impeccable, with beautiful, high-quality materials and an attention to detail that makes these pieces truly stand out. These tables have completely transformed my spaces, adding warmth and elegance.

If you’re looking for furniture that is not only gorgeous but also built to last, Pennwood Furniture is the place to go. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and quality is unmatched. I highly recommend them!”

“We had a great experience with Penwood Furniture. Alot of options that were fully explained with the selection of our furniture. Also Penwood worked with us to customize our pieces to what we needed in design and size. Once we received our furniture the pieces were beautifully crafted and they looked great. Greg from Penwood worked with us every step of the way!”

“Penwood’s provided an outstanding level of customer service. My low headboard cherry wood platform bed turned out as expected. Greg and Dana, in the Ancaster store, were extremely helpful and responsive in addressing all of my requirements and specifications. I will definitely be a repeat Penwood customer.”

“We had beautiful bookshelves made for my cook books to match our new kitchen table set. The Penwood team in Morriston were so professional. From design to delivery, we were very impressed. Great value for money.”

“Wonderful friendly, knowledgeable staff who took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. As some wood samples were a bit faded they even offered to send home a drawer from a showroom piece so we could be sure it was the right choice for us. Great quality furniture that is truly for a lifetime! We are so pleased with quality, service and delivery! Purchased a dining room table with chairs and a full bedroom set. Superior service and so happy we chose Penwood , highly recommend these folks!!”

“My wife and I absolutely LOVE our bedroom furniture set from Penwood’s Furniture in Collingwood. The bed frame, including headboard and footboard, look gorgeous in the honey-coloured maple stain we chose, as do the two dressers and night tables. The craftsmanship is outstanding. The drawers glide open and shut effortlessly and the choices of handles allowed us to finish our design perfectly. I really like how we could customize the night tables. One drawer and one shelf are just right. Everything is so well made, we have truly found our “forever furniture” store! Thank you, Penwood’s, for making us so happy!”

“We recently had a table and six chairs made for our dining room with Penwood in Collingwood. The customer service was amazing. The set was delivered on time, however we weren’t 100% satisfied so Penwood offered to remake the table to our specifications. It was delivered in record time and it is absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend this company. Their sales team is amazing. Many thanks!”
